Shipping Method:  All UK orders ship via DHL with final delivery via ParcelForce.  The time in transit to your destination depends on your proximity to our distribution facility.  Please make sure to check your DHL tracking results which will show the separate ParcelForce tracking link once transferred.

UK VAT/Duties:  The UK VAT of 20% will be due and payable upon delivery to the courier as a shipment from the EU is an import shipment to the UK.

All days quoted are business days from the day the individual order was placed and do not include weekends or holidays.

All dates quoted are our best approximation but can be subject to change as we move closer to the final date according to daily operations or freight transport situations beyond our control.

 

UK Returns – 14-Day Right to Cancel

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers located in the United Kingdom may cancel their purchase within 14 days of delivery.

To submit a request, please use our UK Return Request Form. Once submitted, you will receive confirmation, and our support team will provide return instructions, typically within 24–48 business hours.

Please do not ship products back until return instructions have been provided.

Return Shipping & Packaging

Due to the size, weight, and precision electronic nature of our products, customers are responsible for safely packaging items for return shipment.

We strongly recommend using the original packaging, including all custom foam inserts and protective materials, as it is specifically designed to protect these products during transport.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning products. Damage caused by inadequate packaging, missing components, or incomplete returns may result in a reduction of the refund.

Product Inspection & Diminished Value

Returned products are inspected upon arrival and documented as part of our quality control process.

Customers may inspect products as necessary to confirm their nature, characteristics, and function. If a product shows signs of handling or use beyond what is necessary for inspection, resulting in diminished condition or reduced value, a proportional deduction may be applied based on the documented condition of the returned product.

Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer regulations after the returned product has been received. All returns are inspected upon arrival, and any applicable diminished value adjustment will be based on the documented condition of the product.
