Posted below is the current inventory in-stock and shipping information.  Please always make sure to check this page for up to the minute information and inventory levels.  Dates listed are the estimated time to process and ship an order.  All shipments are sent via DHL with time in transit separate.

Shipping Method:  All UK orders ship via DHL with final delivery via ParcelForce.  The time in transit to your destination depends on your proximity to our distribution facility.  Please make sure to check your DHL tracking results which will show the separate ParcelForce tracking link once transferred.

UK VAT/Duties:  The UK VAT of 20% will be due and payable upon delivery to the courier as a shipment from the EU is an import shipment to the UK.

All days quoted are business days from the day the individual order was placed and do not include weekends or holidays.

All dates quoted are our best approximation but can be subject to change as we move closer to the final date according to daily operations or freight transport situations beyond our control.

UK Returns – 14-Day Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers in the United Kingdom have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To submit a cancellation request, please use our UK Return Request Form. You will receive confirmation upon submission, and our support team will provide return instructions within 24–48 business hours. Please do not ship products back until return instructions have been provided.

Return Shipping & Packaging

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must safely package items for return. We strongly recommend using the original packaging, including all custom foam inserts and protective materials. Damage caused by inadequate packaging, missing components, or incomplete returns may result in a reduction of the refund.

Product Inspection & Diminished Value

Products are inspected upon arrival. If a product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection, a proportional deduction may be applied based on its documented condition.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, or within 14 days of the customer providing proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier. Any diminished value deductions will be based on the documented condition upon arrival.
